The Space:
This home is located in a quiet residential street across the road from the coastal path that in a minutes walk, leads you to Currimundi Lake and Beach. Explore the surrounding Sunshine Coast Region by the cycle paths that run right through to Dicky and Moffat Beach or enjoy the local surf break and kms stretch of beaches right on your door step.
This original beach shack has been lovingly restored with all your creature comforts in mind but by keeping that eclectic beach shack feel. Enter into the first living area of this home to plush sofa's and seating for 8, with a flat screen smart TV with all your favourite apps and unlimited Free Wi-fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with you cooking essentials including a microwave, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The dining room has seating for 8. Off the main kitchen you will find the second living space with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. This spot is purely for relaxing with a good book or your evening wine and chatting whilst the kids enjoy some Netflix in the other space.
Off the second living area is another living space, outdoors but completely under cover, relax here on the sofa's or dine outside BBQ-ing on the Webber provided. There is a dining space also out here for 8.
Master:
An extra large room sharing the second living room's vaulted ceiling, (and air-conditioner), featuring a plush Queen sized bed, hanging space, a ceiling fan, and a large airy private ensuite with indoor garden.
Bedroom 2:
At the front on the home featuring a double sized bed, wardrobes and a ceiling fan (can be cooled via the air-conditioning unit from living space 1)

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a quiet residential street opposite the walking track to the lake and beach. You can walk to local cafe's for great local coffee as well as the lake and beach. The local lake is a great spot for families with young kids. Currimundi Beach offers great local surf spots all along the foreshore there are many banks to choose from.
Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately a 4 minute walk to Gothic Parade where bus services are available and operate to Kawana (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).
Other Things to Note:
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
