Welcome to our home.
We have set up our beach cottage so you also get to enjoy the beauty Caves Beach has to offer.
You can choose to be inside or out.
With our open plan fully equipped kitchen & living space or head outside to the undercover deck, complete with outdoor setting, BBQ, hammock and sitting area.
If you are after some quiet time you may wish to enjoy the private back deck where you will find 2 deck chairs to laze in as you enjoy your morning coffee made from the coffee machine, while the sun rises.
If you prefer your coffee made for you, it’s only a 5 minute stroll to the nearest cafe.
The main bedroom features a queen size bed, built in wardrobe, reverse cycle air conditioning & ensuite.
The second bedroom features a double size bed, built in wardrobe & portable fan.
The third bedroom features 1 set of double bunks (to sleep 2 children) and a spare mattress under the bunk bed, that can be pulled out to use for an additional person if needed, built- in cupboard & portable fan.
The living area features a smart TV (Free Netflix & Wifi), large leather reclining sofa and futon sofa that can be transformed into a day bed along with reverse cycle air conditioning.
You will find a washing machine & clothes dryer in the laundry cupboard on the deck.
The indoor dining area can seat 4 + 2 at the kitchen bench, while the outdoor dining area can seat 6 with an additional 2 seater setting available.
Each guest will be provided with a bath towel & beach towel for their stay. Bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, dishwashing liquid & washing powder will be provided to get you started on your holiday.
The local IGA is only a 5 minute walk should you require additional supplies. Coles & Woolworths is only a 5 minute drive away.
The garage is not accessible for guests as it is used for personal storage.
The yard is fully fenced to keep your furry friends safe. We do request that all animals be kept outside. There is plenty of undercover space on the deck.
You are less than 10 minutes from beaches, local cafes, specialty shops, butcher, pharmacy, take-away food, gelato & Caves Beach Bar & Restaurant.
Make sure you check out the Caves at the surf club end of Caves Beach on low tide. You will find so many beautiful rock pools and swimming spots. Great for the kids & the adults. (Dogs are not permitted on this end of the beach), however the cafe here is dog friendly.
If you enjoy a walking the area has so much to offer. Walk into Swansea. Across Swansea Bridge. Along the Breakwall. Around the Lake. Do a bush walk to one of the more secluded beaches. Great for bike riding too if you want to bring your bike along.
Cleaning
This cottage is professionally cleaned between each stay. 100% of your cleaning fee goes towards this & you are ensured that it will be in beautiful condition when you arrive.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole house, yard and driveway for off-street parking. You will be sent an access code the day of your arrival (or before) for your personal access to the cottage.
