It has its own entry down the side of the property (note: approx, 45 stairs) and is nestled in the bush at the edge of the garden. Comprising 2 Queen bedrooms, modern kitchen, bathroom w/ full laundry facilities, TV and WiFi, and a pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge. Beautifully decorated and with a balcony w/ seating, you’ll enjoy the unique serenity in such a great location.
Once you navigate the steps down the side of the main residence you’ll appreciate the privacy of this cosy cottage nestled amongst the trees. Unassuming from the front it reveals its cuteness as soon as you step through the door.
Tastefully decorated, the main living area includes a well-equipped kitchen that includes everything you’d need for an extended stay including a free-standing oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The room is L-shaped and the backdrop is the full-width verandah looking out to the bush, a lovely green view. The dining suite seats 4 and there is a comfortable leather sofa that opens out to a double sofa bed, plus an armchair, a TV and a coffee table. Overhead is a ceiling fan. Out on the balcony there is further sofa seating. Enjoy a coffee or drinks out here while watching the native birdlife.
Both bedrooms house Queen beds and ceiling fans, and all linen is included. The modern bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet as well as the washing machine and dryer.
With WiFi and use of the garden, all your boxes are ticked!

This is a great location, with Coogee Beach just 1.5km down the road to the east and the cafes and restaurants of Randwick spread along Cook St and Belmore Rd to the south west. There are a multitude of eateries to try, from pubs like The Dog, and Coogee Hotel to take-aways such as pizza, fish and chips, Thai and Vietnamese to fine dining Italian. Get some treats from Tuga Pastries - delicious. Something for everyone!
Coogee Bay supermarket is just down the road or there’s a Woolworths Metro at Randwick. For some retail therapy, head to Westfield at Bondi Junction - the bus only takes 15 minutes - where you’ll find an enormous selection of boutiques. Both Randwick and Coogee also have some boutique stores.
Public transport also includes buses to the city or take the light rail from Randwick.
For more sporty activities, there are some great walks around Centennial Park, along the coast, such as the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk, and a selection of nearby golf courses. If going to the races appeals, Royal Randwick Race Course is very close.
