The space
There are a few steps from the carport up to the large front deck (which has a table and chairs for outdoor dining) and the front door. Once inside, the house is all on one level. The kitchen, dining and living are open plan. There are two bedrooms one with en-suite, both look out on to either the front or back deck. The rear deck is accessed from the kitchen, via a large utility room that has a washer, dryer and laundry tub. A full bathroom and separate toilet are also off this room and there is a dog door suitable for a small to medium size dog. The rear deck has a large dining table and chairs, it is mostly undercover. A few steps down lead in to the courtyard which is fully fenced.
Guest access
Guest have the entire home plus two decks and a courtyard. There is a two car carport, there is no other parking on the property.

Our beach house is in a quiet leafy street yet only a short walk to the beach. It is a two minute drive into Inverloch village for coffee, pizza, quality restaurants and lovely home ware and clothing boutiques, fishing and surfing gear shops plus supermarket, chemist, newsagent etc. if you fancy exploring our beautiful area via bicycle do contact our friends at Inverloch bike hire Danny and Mieka.
