Hidden down an alleyway with front lawn stretching to the pristine white sands and turquoise waters of Tugun Beach, is this spacious 4 bedroom first floor apartment with stunning uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean. A beachside holiday just perfect for you and your family in the heart of Tugun village! This apartment sleeps 10 people comfortably making it ideal for a large family or 2 families sharing. It is an older style apartment with loads of character. It was built by the iconic Diamond family in the late 1960's. There are only 4 apartments in the block making it a very personal and private space. The balcony spans the entire front of the unit with most rooms enjoying a sea view. In addition to the 4 large bedrooms, there is a large kitchen and family room, sitting room, laundry/utility, 2 bathrooms and a powder room. If you are looking for marble bathrooms and granite kitchens then this apartment is not for you. However, if you are looking for a down to earth beach home to have a memorable family beach holiday, then is property will not disappoint. Many guests return each year increasing the length of their stay. Guests will have access to the entire apartment and one garage space. This apartment is within 50m of the Tugun Surf Lifesaving Club and patrolled beach. Tugun village with its alfresco cafes, restaurants and shops is within a 5 minute walk away, therefore no need for a car. The Gold Coast International Airport is a 5 minute drive away.
