This is lakefront living at its BEST, with incredible sunrises and sunsets overlooking beautiful Lake June and numerous types of native birds to watch daily. You will truly enjoy this gorgeous, completely re-designed and decorated town home with a contemporary coastal design.
So much many things to enjoy in this old Florida town of Lake Placid and nearby Sebring. Tour all the beautiful murals in old town, boat rentals, Airboat tours, Highlands Hammock State Park, fishing, skiing, kayaking, paddleboarding, nearby golfing,, local wineries, Sugar Sand Distillery and so much more. Only 2 hours from Orlando theme parks for a fun day trip.
This home offers all you need for a relaxing, peaceful lake vacation. Bring your personal boat or jet ski as this property has a large guest dock for the community, a private boat ramp on property. The large guest dock next to boat ramp is available for use by renters in the community as renters cannot use owners boat slips - only west dock. PLEASE INFORM owner in advance if bringing a watercraft. We have provided the home with 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards along with 6 life vests for your lake enjoyment.
As you walk through the door of this lakefront oasis, you will appreciate the open concept floor plan with high ceiling and amazing views of Lake June just steps away from the outdoor patio. The lakefront patio offers spectacular views of Lake June along with comfortable couch and love seat, and a gas grill for fun BBQ days. The lanai has a phantom retractable screen which allows unobstructed views of the lake. A convenient outdoor shower is ready to wash away the white sugar sand after a fun day playing on the beach.
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen with large bar and counter space offers everything may need… coffee maker, toaster, blender, Crockpot and a waffle maker. Overall seating for 10 people with the backdrop of the lake is the perfect setting.
Retreat upstairs to master suite with more incredible views of the lake from the private screened lanai. Wake up in the king size bed to sunrises over the lake every morning. The additional two guest rooms are just down the hall both beautiful decorated with bright coastal decor. One guest room has a queen size bed and the other guest room has a king size bed for extra room and comfort.
