Eat at the breakfast bar or out on the enclosed patio overlooking the peaceful Golf Course.
A BBQ is also provided on the patio where you can dine alfresco & enjoy the scenery.
Anybody feeling energetic there is a game of table tennis or darts on the patio & a selection of board games for your amusement.

The toilet is separate with a fully equipped laundry at this end of the house consisting of front load washer ,dryer ,ironing board ,iron & clothes airer . All bedrooms & living room have ceiling fans.

Just on the corner of Suncoast Beach Road is a shopping centre with all you will need, IGA, bakery, pharmacy, newsagent, butcher, bottle shop & a selection of takeaways & cafes. The Boardwalk has restaurants & cafes to enjoy & Coolum is great for shopping as well as a good choice of restaurants & bars.
You are spoilt for choice when it comes to beautiful Sunshine Coast beaches .Coolum beach, Point Arkwright Yaroomba & Marcoola all just a short distance away. Noosa Heads is just a 25 minute drive north & Mooloolaba 20 minutes south. For our visitors from the south when you are able to travel we are only 10 minutes drive to the Sunshine Coast Airport & approximately 1 & 1/4 hour to the Brisbane Airport.
If you enjoy walking take advantage of the many hiking tracks around, a walk up Mt Coolum is a must to see the breath taking 360 degree views of the Sunshine Coast & Hinterland
