Positive: Right across from main street, and very short walk to beach. Location was awesome

Negative: Cleanliness was lacking. Had dog hairs in bedding, something spilled on wall and heater. I wiped down the counter as there looked like a little coffee was spilled. Gal did come next day with all new clean bedding. Couldn't figure out how to get the TV working.
