Open floor plan living upstairs, dining and kitchen areas are located upstairs surrounded by glass to capture the full views on offer. The elevated main balcony provides stunning panoramic bay views for outdoor entertaining, so your summer BBQ and a glass of wine will always be on standby, after a busy beach day.
With 2 lounge/TV entertaining areas, it is perfect for kids and adults to share a relaxed holiday. -There is a combustion fire for those chilly winter nights. Fully stocked kitchen with induction cook top, dishwasher, and microwave.
Sitting on the top deck overlooking the huge yard (this is not fenced) potentially hours of fun and exploration for the kids, you'll be glad you decided to stay at this Lilli Pilli home. You have direct beach access from your back door.
This property is ideal for a couple of families. It is in a very quiet street, so you'll only be disturbed by the gentle lapping of the waves and birdsong.
LAYOUT Downstairs has a bunk room and another 2 bedrooms along with a full laundry, and sitting room. Upstairs houses another bedroom, a modern kitchen and the living/dining area. There's a good sized television to enjoy a lazy movie or 2 and a huge amount of room on the back deck. It has plenty of room for a family or 2 couples. It has been renovated yet still retains the charm of its era of construction with timber floors and a combustion fire, and access to the deck this is how a beach house should be.
BEDROOMS Linen is NOT included, this includes sheets, pillows, pillow cases, doona and cover and bath towels. Bedroom 1, located upstairs Queen Size bed. Bedroom 2 located downstairs Queen Bed. Bedroom 3 located downstairs - bunk beds. Bedroom 4 located downstairs tri-bunk.
BATHROOM / LAUNDRY There is a good sized renovated bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the laundry located downstairs is a separate bathroom with toilet and shower and the laundry contains a top loading washing machine and dryer.
OUTSIDE The back yard is huge, with plenty of room to run around. The yard is not fully fenced. As mentioned previously, there is a huge entertaining deck with a generous outdoor setting and barbeque. There is plenty of parking in the front entry driveway. There is a hot/cold outdoor shower to use to rinse off before entering the house.
