A state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with new European appliances, including both gas and electric ovens and a wood-fired Nectre baker's oven. The modern designed industrial/coastal look large bathroom has a shower and stand alone bath where you can also relax an afternoon or evening away. There is an outdoor hot/cold shower for after the beach and 2 WC in the house.
This unique property is a ten minute drive from Margaret River main surf break and has several dozen wineries less than twenty minutes away. It affords the convenience of being close to everything, and the serenity of being on a rural property.
