THE SPACE
Located in the beach side suburb of Stockton, ‘Driftwood’ is in the perfect location whether you are a family, group, or couple getting away. With Stockton beach easily accessed, you can enjoy the areas coastal walks, cycling, trendy cafes, family dining and some of the region’s most picturesque countryside. Add to that, you are only 45 minutes from award winning wineries in the Hunter Valley, you are sure to find something for everyone to enjoy.
This single-story property is fully furnished and has all the conveniences you need to fully enjoy your stay.
SINGLE STOREY HOUSE with two bedrooms and two bathrooms

Bedroom Two – Double bed, ceiling fan and storage.

There is a garage for guests use, however there is also ample on street parking for guests to park. The house is filled with natural light and enjoys all that comes with living in a beach side town.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the full property except the rear garage. This is not for guests use or access.
There are a couple of locked cupboard inside the property which are not for guests use or to be accessed.
On the rear deck is a spa. This is not for guests use. It does not work. The cover is to remain over it and guests are not to use it.
Other details to note
Limited amounts of essential items such as dishwashing liquid/tablets, laundry powder, toilet paper and the like have been provided. The kitchen contains basic items for guests (tea, coffee, sugar, cling wrap etc.) usually enough for a 2-night stay. Milk is not supplied as everyone's preferences are different. During your stay, these will not be replenished, so if you require more of these items you will have to purchase them.
**No pool/beach towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own.
