The Space:
This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The spacious master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and air conditioning for your comfort, while the second bedroom also boasts a king bed that can be split into two singles upon request. The third bedroom is equipped with two cozy single beds, making it ideal for families or groups. A travel cot and high hair can also be provided free of charge upon request.
The fully self-contained kitchen features a gas stove and electric oven for versatile cooking options. With a full-size fridge/freezer at your disposal, you'll have ample space to store all your food and drinks. Enjoy your morning brew with the included coffee pod machine (starter pack of pods, tea bags & sugar supplied), and whip up delicious meals using the provided pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There is also a dishwasher and kitchen cleaning supplies to make cleaning up a breeze. The pantry is also stocked with some basic essentials for added convenience.
The well-appointed bathroom includes a large bath and a separate shower, providing all the comforts of home. For your convenience, the laundry is equipped with a washing machine and two separate toilets.
Enjoy the cool breeze of air conditioning in the living area and unwind in the cozy kids' nook, complete with bean bags, books, and games.
Step outside to the front deck for delightful outdoor dining, complete with a BBQ and charming festoon lights. The back courtyard also features an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Ample free parking is available on the driveway, with enough room to park your boat! Also in the backyard is a cosy firepit for those cool winter evenings where you can roast mashmallows and relax under the stars. (Please read below for more info relating to use of the firepit as wood is not supplied and fire restrictions are in place at certain times of the year)

All linen is provided (excl. beach towels). All of our accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, tea, coffee & sugar, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper). We provide these items to help kick-start your holiday in a stress-free way, but guests are responsible for the ongoing supply of anything they should require beyond the starter pack provided.
We do not supply wood for fire pits, guests must supply their own and check before lighting any outdoor fires in case of a Total Fire Ban. No outdoor fires are permitted between 1 December to 28 February every year, subject to change at any time – please consult the DFES website before lighting any fires outdoors (this does not apply to gas BBQs/pizza ovens).
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the existence of an invasive beetle (Polyphagous Shothole Borer (PSHB)) in the Perth Metropolitan Area, movement of PSHB host material such as firewood, tree pruning's, mulch (less than 2.5cm diameter), unseasoned wood, and plants (less than 2.0cm diameter) from within this area to areas outside is prohibited. To help STOP the spread, please purchase wood from the South West Area. (Advised by The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD)
