Positive: The location was more central than I expected and close to the beach like I expected. The pool didn’t have any privacy. All the apartment balconies were overlooking the pool.

Negative: The aircon didn’t work very well. I had to open the balcony doors to cool down the apartment at night.

Summary: It was pleasant for both a short or long stay and very convenient.
