Upon entering the house on the ground level, you will find one of the living areas, 2 single bedrooms, a bathroom and separate fully equipped laundry, continue out to the games room with sliding doors out to the paved entertaining area and BBQ facilities, this is a great location for the children to have a game of table tennis, or watch a movie on the wall mounted television in the front living room.
Walk up the stairs to the 2nd living area and fully equipped kitchen a fabulous space just to unwind and take in the view of the ocean, pour yourself a wine and go out onto the adjoining balcony, relax and unwind.
The spacious master king bedroom is located on the second level equipped with a wall mounted television, walk-in robe and ensuite, this bedroom serves as a great retreat for parents, offering privacy and comfort. The 2nd bedroom with queen size bed and adjoining main bathroom with a full-size bath for added relaxation.
