This light-filled home is perched on a hillside with views of Spoon Bay, Wamberal and Terrigal.
The 4-storey home includes 4 luxuriously appointed large bedrooms (2 with ensuites) accommodating up to 8 people. The home is just minutes from the finest beaches on the central coast (and some of the best coffee!).
Prepare delicious meals in the contemporary fully-appointed kitchen with induction stove-tops.
There are 2 main outdoor entertaining decks (one with large Weber gas barbeque) with glorious views of the ocean.
Enjoy relaxing time on the entertaining deck soaking in the views, while the kids watch their favourite movie in the rumpus room.
Stroll just 250m to the idyllic Spoon Bay Nature Reserve, which connects directly to Wamberal Beach and Terrigal. The home is a short drive to Terrigal and The Entrance, which boast multiple award-winning restaurants such as Yellowtail.

The surrounding beaches are pristine. Located between Bateau Bay & Terrigal, the local reef breaks are well known to surfers and are a perfect cove for families to spend the day. Easily walk from Spoon Bay to Terrigal's cafes, eateries and designer shops, or sunbake at either beach following a short stroll.
