Positive: I stayed at Ella's Sweet Home because I was in between accomodation. I needed to go to the supermarket and I asked Ella where the closst one was, that I could catch the bus to as I don't drive due to a medical condition. I was feeling quite ill this day due to the stress of moving. Ella offered to drive me to the shops, which she did not have to do. Not only did she drive me to the shops she waited for me so I would not have to navigate public transport to get back when I was not feeling well. Again, she was not obligated to do this. Ella and her sister who run the homestay were so kind and accomodating to me. I can't express enough how the sisters went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and my stay was comfortable and pleasant which it was and what I needed at the time. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, the perfect place to unwind and recharge the batteries. I would definately highly reccomend Ella's Sweet Home. If you are passing through, need a place to relax and unwind or just visiting Brisbane on holiday's or business, this is your place. Thank you Ella and siter for your kindness and excellent service.
