Ellary is a large, country home in the beautiful village of Burrawang in the Southern Highlands. Perfectly positioned in the heart of the village, it is just a minutes walk to the iconic Burrawang Village Hotel and Burrawang General Store. The home is accented with a mix of modern and eclectic furnishings, and is bright and cheerful - a welcoming country retreat! Enjoy the private and cozy feel of the house, or sit on the shaded front verandah where guests can enjoy the country vibe of the main street of Burrawang Village.
With multiple large living spaces, open fire place, a great country kitchen - and a separate space for kids to play upstairs - Ellary is large enough to accommodate several families who are seeking a country getaway in an iconic country home.
Important: Please note that guests cannot park in the front driveway. Additional parking is available in the side street.

Where will I be?
Ellary is in the heart of Burrawang Village. A quaint village just 10 minutes from Bowral and 5 minutes from Robertson, Burrawang is renowned for its village atmosphere, friendly community and cottage homes. Burrawang is arguably one of the prettiest villages in the Southern Highlands, and is close enough to also be a base for an event in Bowral, Mittagong or Moss Vale.

Ellary is a large, comfortable home that can accommodate large groups or families. A picture-perfect country home in a prime location, guests will enjoy a country retreat with plenty of amenities for all the guests to enjoy. Two bedrooms sleep 4 children in bunk beds, and there is a separate large loft space that is ideal for kids to play, as well as a pool table and electric piano. The house can be a great base to explore the local area.
How is the property laid out?
Ellary is a two storey house with the main living areas and bedrooms downstairs, and a great games/TV room upstairs for the kids! There is a large living room with open fireplace, as well as another large family room with sitting room (fireplace is ornamental only) with a billiard table. The country kitchen and dining room are located off the living room - a great space for guests to enjoy each other's company.
All bedrooms are located downstairs and comprise two bedrooms with King beds, 1 bedroom with Queen bed, and two separate bunk rooms each sleeping four children in each room. Guests share two bathrooms, and a separate toilet. There is a laundry located off the kitchen with washer and dryer.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix and Pay TV - will I have it?
Ellary has a free to air TV in the kids lounge room upstairs.
WiFi is available to guests and you may use it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B with Telstra generally the best network in regional areas.
What about outdoors?
Ellary has established gardens with high hedges at the side of the property. The country garden has a path that winds around the garden, as well as a small lawn area. The wide covered verandah is located at the front of the house and overlooks the main street of the village.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Ellary has ducted heating and one open fireplace in one living area. There is also a reverse-cycle air conditioner upstairs.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Linen and bath towels are provided at Ellary.
Parking for cars?
Please do not park in front of the garage to the right of the property. There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway which as accessed via the side of the property.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Ellary is not a pet friendly property. Please ask us for our pet friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
