This level of the home comprises of 2 bedrooms, private outdoor shower , laundry/powder room, open plan lounge and dining area plus the kitchen. The main living room opens through wide sliding doors to a huge covered patio, swimming pool and private yard.
The well appointed kitchen has stone bench tops, dishwasher, induction stove, Delonghi Dedica Arte espresso machine, a large pantry and overlooks the back deck. The first floor has a large main bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite with bath plus main bathroom.
The yard is perfect for families with its sun-filled pool & fenced yard. It's the perfect house to relax and enjoy all the Byron has to offer, tucked away in a quiet lane yet within walking distance to everything.
