A holiday in Emerald Beach has never looked so good. Emerald Seas is only a short 2-minute stroll to beaches, cafes & restaurants. This beachside 4-bedroom house is located in what the locals like to say ‘Paradise' & is perfect for families or groups who are ready to explore the beautiful Coffs Coast and all it has to offer.
As you walk in the large timber front door you are invited to take stairs down to the lower level where you will find three bedrooms, laundry, bathroom, separate toilet & two living areas. In the first bedroom as you walk down the downstairs hallway you will find a set of single bunk beds, next door to this room is another bedroom with a queen bed. Continue down the hallway & before you reach the first downstairs living there is another bedroom with two single bunks. The end of the hallway opens to two living areas one on the same level with a large TV & another a couple of steps down. Flowing of the second living area downstairs there is a large lower deck which flows into the backyard, the perfect kids retreat.
Follow the abundance of light & ocean breezes to the upper level which offers a large kitchen & living area with amazing ocean views. The cozy upstairs living flows out on to the large deck with ample space to entertain or relax & enjoy the view. If you can't leave work behind for your holiday, then this property has you covered with a large study area of the kitchen filled with natural lighting & a picturesque view. The main bedroom is located on the upper level with a queen bed, built in robes & a generous open plan ensuite.
