The back yard is a peaceful area and the heart of the property featuring a 5m x 5m solar heated mineral pool with an integrated gas heated spa. You will love the relaxed casual vibe and retro style of the home.
The Space:
The property is well appointed with all the essential amenities including Wi-Fi, Smart TV and Foxtel in both living rooms. There are ceiling fans throughout the home and hydronic heating available in the winter months.
The property sleeps 6 -9 with various configurations available. As standard the property is set up with 1 Queen, 1 Double Bed, 1 Single and trundle with 2 living rooms however, can be configured to 2 Queens, 1 Double bed, 2 singles + single trundle with open plan kitchen, dining & living room. (The additional beds can be placed in 2nd living as per photos)
Internally the property consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas. The master bedroom features a stunning and thoughtfully designed ensuite with double shower and access externally from the beach or pool. The main bathroom services the bedrooms at the front of the home and includes shower, vanity and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, pans, cutlery, cups etc… there is also a dishwasher available and butlers pantry. The pantry also hosts the European laundry with washer and dryer.
The north facing open plan living/dining room overlooks the rear deck and pool featuring large modern glass sliding doors that open up to allow for easy outdoor/indoor living.
Outside this property ticks every box from the beautiful rear deck with feature timber salvaged from the Barwon Heads bridge, outdoor shower with hot water & privacy screen, alfresco dining, and sun lounges around the pool and even one built into the deck. The front yard is also fenced off and secure from the front street.
With all the features on offer we would be surprised if you leave the property from check in to check out apart from necessary shopping essentials. Speaking of such you will love only being 600m or 10 min walk to Barwon Heads main street café, shopping, amazing coffee & ice-cream. It’s also only a 10-15 min walk, if you wish to take a dip in the Barwon Heads river off Flinders Parade, and only 1km from the surf beach.

You will have access to the entire yard, house and double garage. No access to the rear bungalow/shed.

Getting Around:
You are within 10-15 min walking distance to the shops and beach however a car is recommended to explore the greater Bellarine area.
