South Yunderup is located on the banks of the beautiful Murray River and Peel Estuary. Only 1 hour from Perth, 15 minutes to Mandurah and 10 minutes to Pinjarra.
South Yunderup has all the conveniences of city living close by but with a relaxed country feel. Bring your boat, fish, crab or just cruise and take in all this picturesque area has to offer.
The Peel region is a truly diverse holiday destination.
The premise is a 2 storey home with 2 bedrooms down stairs, main bathroom, laundry, toilet, open kitchen meals and lounge with sliding door that opens out to the entertaining area which offers views of the canal. The upstairs has a large loft area with beds and sitting area, 3rd bedroom with ensuite.
The home is set up for the whole family with plenty of activities for the children and space for Mum and Dad to relax.
There is ample parking, room for a boat and use of a private jetty (conditions apply).
The property is great for group bookings, however please be aware that the Shire of Murray does have strict guidelines for short term accommodation so we therefore have a strict No Party Policy.
