The house is situated in a lovely bush setting with a fenced yard so it is ideal for families with pets or kids. Straight across the road is the bay so you can throw in a line, kids can have a paddle or just sit and enjoy the view! The waterfront also has a lovely walking track of concrete and boardwalks through the mangroves which is great for walking the fur babies or kids can easily ride along with scooters or skateboards.
The house has fully ducted air conditioning with two living spaces and a large dining table with extra chairs. Top lounge/dining area has a small flatscreen television with a blueray disc player and Wifi. The bottom living space has a larger flatscreen tv with foxtel. There is also a cupboard with books, games and puzzles. There are 4 bedrooms that sleep up to 9 guests in total and the layout of the house is ideal for 2 families to enjoy a holiday together but have their own space. The main bathroom has a separate bath and shower. There is a second bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.
The kitchen is well appointed and includes a 420 litre fridge/freezer, inverter microwave, 5 burner gas cooktop, coffee machine and coffee plunger, dishwasher, electric frypan and slow cooker.
Full laundry with front load washing machine and dryer, plus the addition of a second 326 litre fridge/freezer.
You can enjoy outdoor living with the fully screened and covered patio with large outdoor table and hooded BBQ. There is space for multiple car parking off street but no covered parking is available. Plenty of room if you need to bring your tinny.
Set up to suit large families or a couple of families can share to make this a budget friendly holiday for the extended family. You can even bring the fur babies!
