This deluxe kitchen with walk in pantry over looks front living room dining area and looks over spacious rear family room with latest lighting and sensational polished concrete floors. Lots of seating areas throughout the home for guests to enjoy. The living area gas a gas fire place, split system heating and cooling as well as a ceiling fan.
This light bright family room opens onto gorgeous paved entertaining area with outlook over salt water pool including large 10m Jarrah decking, lots of room for relaxing. The beautiful lawn area is finished off perfectly with landscaped garden beds with latest modern plants. The North-South tennis court is a huge feature to this outstanding property, the owners have any enjoyed many social games and gatherings on this court, a fantastic area to enjoy whether you play tennis or not.
Dining area has a large dining table which seats 10 people.
Main bedroom has a king size bed, walk in robe and ceiling fan. You will love the stunning 5 star ensuite with frameless shower screen, double shower, double vanity and floor to ceiling tiles.
Bedroom two has a Queen Size bed, built in robes, TV and ceiling fan.
Bedroom three has a Queen Size bed, built in robes, TV and ceiling fan.
Bedroom four has x2 single beds, fitted robes and ceiling fans.
Bedroom five or second living area has a sofa lounge which turns into a double size bed, ceiling fan and another TV. This is a perfect space for the children to relax.
Main Bathroom has a large shower over the bath, large vanity mirror ear which the guests will love. Toilet is separate.
Laundry is separate with a washing machine and dryer. Iron and ironing board also available.
Outside entertaining area with wickers lounges as well as a large wooden outdoor table which can sit 8 people. Weber BBQ provided.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at 16 Graham Street Goolwa. On our arrival the house was immaculate, with all amenities clean and available. We can absolutely recommend a stay at this house. Tennis court for the kids and a large area for them to play. The most important ,which appealed to us, that its pet friendly. I must also commend the delightful staff of Harcourts, in particular Jordan. Thanks we will return.
