Welcome to our spacious and stylish 2 bedroom beachside unit in Wollongong!
Explore Wollongong's beaches, art gallery, botanic garden, cycleways, bushwalks, Nan Tien Temple, Jamberoo Recreation Park, skydive… So much to do!!!
The retro inspired unit is located on the third floor of a small 1970's complex, with a balcony offering lovely views of Mt Keira.
Now with air conditioning just in time for summer!
The light and airy space is tastefully furnished in a coastal style, with plenty of natural light and a refreshing, open layout.
The living area features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals at home.
There are two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed and plenty of storage space for all of your belongings.
The bathroom is modern and well-appointed, with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Step out onto the balcony and take in the fresh ocean air and stunning views of the surrounding area.

Other things to note
There is no lift in the building and access to the unit requires climbing 50 stairs.
*STRICT no party policy, excessive noise won't be tolerated.
There is a garage available for guests but if you have a large vehicle it may not fit. There is no other parking on the premises, but there is untimed on-street parking in the surrounding streets.
Please note that the sofa bed is probably best suited to 1 adult or 2 children.
While the apartment is freshly furnished and has an updated kitchen and bathroom, the complex itself was built in the 1970s and therefore some of the exterior/entryway is in need of updating.
The stairwell in the building has old carpet that needs replacing, hopefully this will be done soon.
PLEASE NOTE we are in a residential apartment block with neighbours to consider. We have a STRICT no party policy, loud music & excessive noise won't be tolerated. Please don't book our apartment if the above doesn't suit your plans.
