This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 story holiday house is located within the Cape View Resort complex and is just a short walk to the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay and a 10 minute drive to the Busselton Jetty and City Shopping and Food Precinct. Self contained accommodation including kitchen, dining and living area with reverse cycle air-conditioning in the main living and 2 upstairs bedrooms, modern kitchen, large closets to all bedrooms, bathroom to main bathroom is ensuite, family bathroom has bath with spa jets, 2 separate toilets, patio area with outdoor setting and path with direct access to the pool area.
The unit is fully self contained with all linen and towels provided along with tea and coffee facilities, full kitchen with full kitchen utensils, and laundry facility with washer and dryer. There is Smart TVs in the main living, TV in master bedroom.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company.

To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
