The studio is cosy, being open plan living/kitchen/bedroom/study with a door to the bathroom, and whilst most suitable for a single person or a couple, it also has a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional adult or two small children.
As a guest, you will have the privacy and seclusion of being located approximately 30 meters from the main house, surrounded by garden, farmland and separated from the nearest neighbour by foliage. Our property spans over one and a half acres, situated among farmland and few neighbours.

Guest Access:
Situated just 8 mins from Castlemaine and 18 mins from Daylesford, we are situated in a perfect position to explore the region from and retain a sense of space and fresh country air. As a guest, you will have access to the entire studio as well as the immediate outdoor garden space, sitting area, and approximately one quarter acre of land surrounding the studio

There is undercover parking on site connected to the studio. Public transport is limited in the region.
Other Things to Note:
Please be aware we have our pet labrador (dog) Buddy on the property, and as we have no gates or fencing internally, you will see him roaming around from time to time (likely to see the neighbours cute little Jack Russell wander over too). Likely he will come up to greet you, but he is super friendly (has been raised around our kids since they were babies), doesn't jump, bite or bark, and will listen if told to go away. Please let us know if he causes any trouble for you. We would appreciate if you didn't feed him, or let him inside the studio.
