Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and built in robes, the smaller bedroom 3 has built in robes and bunk beds.
The full size kitchen has stone benchtops and splashbacks, double sink, dishwasher, full size fridge, huge pantry, 6 burner gas hotplates, oven and microwave oven. It is adjacent to the dining room which overlooks the decking area.
The huge loungeroom looks out onto the yard, it has polished real timber floorboards, a 55 inch Sony smart TV with Netflix, large choice of board games and books.
The driveway is really long and can park up to 3 cars, or even a boat! And the Boat Ramp is right across the road a little to the left.
The yard has a upcycled outdoor table made from a slate pool table! And a hammock.
