A few minutes drive to Redcliffe CBD to many more cafes, shops and restaurants. Enjoy the large family spa while you overlook the water or a morning coffee on your private master bedroom balcony. With Water views on every level and also almost every bedroom you will not be disappointed. The middle level offer the main living area with large open plan rooms, a second living area or kids TV room complete with games to entertains, also and the 2nd bedroom and a main bathroom on this level. The Mater bedroom located on the top level with an office area provides you with a parents retreat including ensuite and walk in robe, also a mini bar fridge and kettle to make your own cuppa without needing to go downstairs.
The ground level has 4 bedrooms all with ensuite's and outdoor sitting areas. They all have their own mini bar fridge, kettle, toaster and table and chairs with TV and complete with air conditioning and security key card entry to each room. This allows you the option to book one room or all rooms. The large laundry is on this level and can be available if booking the 2nd and 3rd floor or the whole house.
