Welcome to Fairbairn Beach House, our serene and newly renovated holiday home nestled in the picturesque town of Busselton, WA. Conveniently situated on Fairbairn Road, we offer a refreshing coastal retreat for up to 6 guests with three beautifully furnished bedrooms.
Our well-appointed abode features a master bedroom complete with a plush queen-size bed, followed by the second bedroom encompassing a comfortable queen bed, and the third bedroom housing a bunk bed. All rooms are kept cool with our efficient central air conditioning system, ensuring your maximum comfort during your retreat. Each bedroom has an additional day bed for guests not wishing to share a bed or for a place to relax. Although our beach house only has a single bathroom, it is spaciously designed and includes an inviting bathtub perfect for a rejuvenating soak, separate from the shower. There is also an additional private outside shower that has hot water, for an amazing shower with the sky as the ceiling!
Your relaxation is paramount to us. As you unwind in our comfortable lounge with the captivating smart TV, relish the tranquil views of our lively garden area through our panoramic porch windows. Our house comes with a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room for all your culinary adventures. What's Included:
All bed linens are provided (excluding beach towels). Our accommodations are fully self-catered, and as a courtesy, we offer a basic starter pack for each stay, including soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper. These items are provided to help kick-start your vacation without stress, but guests are responsible for replenishing supplies beyond the starter pack. While the home is all on one level inside, please note there are a few steps at both the front and rear entrances.
Pets are welcome, they must be cleaned up after including fur or fees will apply.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection.
