The Space:
Located just an hour and a half from Sydney in the sleepy suburb of Nords Wharf, Fairview Cottage is the ultimate escape from city life. As you enter via the private entrance down a set of well-lit steps to the cottage, you will be stunned by the tiny homes beautiful and thoughtful interior design which incorporates the natural landscape into its interiors.
This luxury studio features a comfortable double bed to enjoy a good night’s rest, a smart TV with Netflix, private bathroom, water views from the veranda, BBQ and laundry facilities (inside main house).
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and bar fridge.

You have access to a garden area with a BBQ which is the perfect place to enjoy the afternoon sun and unwind and it is just a short walk down to the lake's edge.
The home has private access separate from the main house. Access is via steps and a gravel pathway, please consider this when making your booking
The local pubs and clubs have a courtesy bus service that will come out to Nords Wharf so no need to worry about driving home after a night out.

The Neighborhood:
Nords Wharf is located just a 5-minute drive to the historic beach at Catherine Hill Bay and 10 minutes to the city town centre in Swansea which features shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Go for a nice family dinner at Swansea RSL or Caves Beach Resort and get the shuttle buses back to Nord's Wharf.
Whilst on your stay be sure to visit Catherine Hill Bay Beach, walk the historic coal jetty and have a great meal at the famous 'Catho Pub'.
Explore the Watagan Mountains just a 30-minute drive away or walk along the Wallarah Peninsula Walk.
Getting Around:
Taxis are available however we suggest that you bring a car so that you can easily explore the local beaches and attractions. The local pubs and clubs do provide a courtesy bus that will travel to Nords Wharf.
Other Things to Note:
Parking is available at the back of the property on Central Avenue.

OUR GOOD NEIGHBOUR POLICY
All reservations are made under our strict No-Party/Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. As this property is in a Residential Area, failure to comply will lead to police-assisted eviction and/or extra charges being levied. Our neighbours have a right to the quiet enjoyment of their homes and NO ANTISOCIAL behaviour will be tolerated. There may be a noise monitor at the property - this will send automatic messages should the noise level be above 80 dB.
Please note that you will be required to complete a check-in form before check-in. This will involve providing your home address and email to Lakeshores Accommodation and a copy of your Driver’s License to establish the identity of our guest. The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number allowed to be at the property during your stay, including visitors. Any additional visitors must be approved by a prior written agreement with Lakeshores staff.
The reservation price is based on a minimum number of (4) guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter the required number of guests. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable. Please ensure you have entered the correct number of guests (children under 2 are no charge) when booking or enquiring.
We aim to be Eco-Friendly - we may supply basic Shampoo, Conditioner or Body Wash, but it is suggested you bring your own personal bathroom products/amenities. We will supply hand wash and basic kitchen essentials.
Linen is provided and beds are made up ready for your stay. Please bring your own Pool/Lake/Beach towels.
