Up the timber staircase is a modern spacious kitchen fitted out with a double sink, an electric oven and cook top.
There is a fridge, pantry, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and an abundance of bench space.
The living area with large TV and chaise lounge is open plan with floor to ceiling glass doors to the tiled balcony with outdoor setting. The dining area has a large table and seating for 8 people.
