This lovely home Falcon's Rest is perfectly nestled in between Nambour and the popular tourist town Montville while being close to Sunshine Coast beaches. Only 9 mins to Mapleton, 5 minutes from Nambour hospital and amenities, 15 mins to Montville and 25 minutes to beaches Marcoola, Maroochydore, Mudjimba.
Ideal hideaway with picturesque views of the mountains. Very quiet home uninterrupted by noise makes it a perfect location for a getaway to write, rest and reboot and be inspired and at peace in nature.
Alternatively the perfect location for exploring the beautiful arty townships of Maleny & Montville. Cottage industries abound with Art Galleries, boutique shopping, bush walks, waterfalls, Australia Zoo, wineries, cheese makers and of course an abundance of wonderful cafes and restaurants to indulge your taste buds.
The large entry deck is lovely and private, capturing the views as well as cooling summer breezes and will be the perfect spot during those cooler winter mornings.
