The large under cover upstairs deck with bistro blinds is the perfect way to relax and unwind after enjoying your day at the beach and / or fishing in Port Phillip Bay.

There is a Portarlington Golf Club courtesy bus (3 minutes drive on Hood Rd) which can pick you up on Thursday, Friday and Saturday for fantastic bistro meals (Booking essential during the holiday period). Why not bring the clubs and play around of golf or two while you're here.
The safe shallow sandy swimming beach is great for young children as there's no surf, only mild bay currents is shallow out a long way and there is 1.5km of beach out front so there is always plenty of space to swim.
The Grassy Point Rd boat ramp just 500 metres away and a great place to start your fishing or jet skiing (PWC) or there is Indented Head and Portarlington Boat Ramps not far away.
The large under cover carport has four bays for boats or PWC (height restriction through the front carport is 2.5 metres, there is plenty of front lawn parking if your boat is bigger.
Double sink fish cleaning area with a large work bench for cleaning the days catch or you can visit Jenkins Fresh Fish just five minutes away.
An electric BBQ is provided.
Main living is upstairs so it is not suitable for people with impaired mobility.
Important - please bring portacot and high chair if required.
