Peppi Cottage is a lovely stand-alone house suitable for couples and families and sleeps up to 8. LINEN IS OPTIONAL - either bring your own or contact the owner to hire linen packs (2 weeks notice prior to occupancy is required).
With free NBN Wifi and two smart TVs, aircon to the main downstairs living area and separate aircon /overhead fans in the upstairs living area. Fans are available for use in bedrooms.
Peppi Cottage is located on the border of Old Dunsborough. It's perfectly set back from the road ensuring complete privacy and tranquility.
Nestled in a lovely enclave so very close and within walking distance to both town and Old Dunsborough foreshore (800m each), our location is second to none.
Dunsborough is the perfect base to explore the region's internationally renowned wineries and the many boutique breweries /cafes and art galleries in the region. The stunning coastline will take your breath away. Explore the region and return to the Cottage to relax on the deck with a glass of wine or a cold beer.
The cottage is a spacious, two-storey self-contained house consisting of two living areas, both with Smart TVs (bottom level a 55") and free NBN wifi. Close to the shops and cafes, restaurants and bars, and within walking distance to town so you can enjoy a night out and not have to drive home!
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two separate living areas, and a gorgeous outdoor deck overlooking a lovely lush garden and grassed area that is fully fenced. A wood fire (purchase your own wood from Dunsborough Rural, Clarke Street, which is off Naturaliste Terrace towards town) and a split-system air conditioner are available in the main living area.
The kitchen includes a Bosch dishwasher, a microwave, and a Nespresso coffee pod machine (please bring your own pods).
There is parking for two cars in the undercover carport and plenty of room to park behind in the driveway or on the verge.
Pricing is based on 6 people - a $25 extra fee pp will apply per stay for extra people.
LINEN
Linen is optional and can be arranged for $28 pp per stay by messaging the owner once your booking has been confirmed. Linen packs include beds made, sheets, towels, pillowcases and bathmat(s). If you don't wish to purchase the packs you will need to bring the above. Pillows, doonas, blankets, and two tea towels (left under the sink) are supplied.
