This well thought out home has private courtyards with lush green lawns and landscaped garden beds which encase the sparkling outdoor swimming pool that is refreshing and COOL in the summer months HEATED for the Winter months (June - October) and surrounded by a large outdoor entertaining area where a lot of time is spent throughout your stay just relaxing under the pretty fairy lights.
For your safety and convenience the six burner barbecue is plumbed to Natural Gas supply. No propane gas bottle to worry about.
Quality furnishings and décor is displayed throughout the home with full bedding and towels supplied for the two queen beds and four king single bunk beds (bunks comply with Australian Safety Regulations).
A porta cot, baby bath and highchair is also available if required, please notify us when booking.
The house is air-conditioned for summer months with an evaporative cooler and a large refrigerated cooling system in the family room. A very effective Coonara wood fire is all set ready to go for Winter with a stock pile of wood in the garage already cut.
The spacious fully equipped ' easy to navigate around' kitchen is open plan to the dining room which can seat 8 people comfortably and is ideal for the family or friends gathering or dinner party.
The double remote lockup garage can accommodate two-three cars and even the boat and trailer!

Please let us know at the time of booking in Winter if you require to use the heated pool so we can set the pool temperature to toasty warm!
