A unique opportunity to stay at a home in Canberra that has space for the family to relax, play and enjoy what this place has on offer. The children will love the outdoor space in the backyard, the basketball hoop, the play equipment. The parents can enjoy the spacious kitchen and living room, the Master bedroom with King bed and ensuite. With two separate living areas, there is space for the group to spread out. There is also a ping pong table if you want to get a bit competitive!
On the main level, you'll find the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is large and well equipped and the living area has a huge lounge and large HD TV. The other end of the house has the Master bedroom (with king bed, wardrobe and ensuite), second bedroom with Queen bed, third bedroom with single bed, and fourth bedroom with pull out double couch and desk. You'll also hae the main bathroom with separate toilet.
Downstairs contains a large rumpus room, with a home gym and ping pong table!
Outside has a large backyard with beautifully maintained lawn. The yard is secure and dog-friendly. There is play equipment for younger children to enjoy.
Outside there is also a basketball hoop to enjoy.
Parking is great onsite, with space enough for every guest to bring a car!
Guests have access to the whole property with the exception of one downstairs room and a few of the wardrobes. There will still be ample wardrobe space provided and the downstairs rumpus is available.
- There are some steps up to the front door.
- The pull out sofa will only be set up when specifically requested by the guest.
- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released two days after checkout.

2. Noise to be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 7am. This is a peaceful residential suburb.
3. No smoking
