This single level home is open and sunny and very clean, there are two living areas, the main living is open plan with a small flat screen TV, comfortable chairs, two with footstools, polished timber floor, a split system as well as an enclosed wood heater, the full length windows let in lots of sunlight. This room has the central dining table and a well equipped kitchen with gas cooking and a microwave. There are lots of platters and salad bowls, perfect for alfresco dining out on the deck. The second living area has a modular sofa and a large flat screen tv.
Sliding doors open on to the covered deck that looks out over the back garden, there is a gas bbq and outdoor setting a perfect spot for summer bbqs. Outside the garden is fully fenced and there is a wood bbq and a chiminea fire.
There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The bathroom is accessed directly from the master bedroom as well as the lounge. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There is ample off street parking with room for a boat or other watercraft. This really is a nice comfortable holiday home, perfect for your next family holiday or track events.
