Spectacular water views double storey property in the heart of Grantville walking distance to local shops and beach, entering the property downstairs you are greeted by a spacious entry, leading into a formal lounge area, three bedrooms are located on the ground floor the main bedroom has a walk in robe, split system and a well equipped ensuite with a large shower and sliding doors out onto its very own private deck capturing the wide bay view. The remaining two bedrooms are complemented by a light and spacious family bathroom and are both equipped with built-in-robes. The laundry is also situated on the downstairs floor with direct external access.
Upstairs is roomy and is perfect for relaxing in the large second living area. There is a seperate dining area and an open plan well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all stainless steel appliances. Enjoy meals on the rear deck area which is fitted with blinds and heating to allow all year round entertaining whilst enjoying the stunning views over French Island. The property has a split systems heating and cooling. Both lounge areas have TV's
