"Finding Remo" is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with water views, close to shops in San Remo and a short walk from the beach. Some of the many features of this home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
This lovely home is accessed via a few steps at the front of the home to the front deck and then into the open plan kitchen/dining/living room (with large Smart TV & coonara style wood heater). The front master bedroom (with 32' smart TV) has BIR and an ensuite with shower & toilet. Bedrooms 2 & 3 (each with their own 32' smart TV, bedroom 3 with BIR) share the main bathroom (with bath & shower), and a separate toilet off the laundry.
Outdoor Areas
The front deck (with outdoor table and electric BBQ) provides a lovely space to enjoy the water views and garden. The fully enclosed yard is perfect for children or pets and also features a swing and slide set. There is also a firepit and space to park up to 4 cars in the large doulbe carport and driveway.
The home has some security cameras focused on the external areas.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
The living area has a reverse cycle split system (which comfortably heats/cools the home) and a coonara style wood heater. There are also three portable heaters and three portable fans as well as electric blankets for the Queen beds.
Please note, some firewood may be provided to get you started; when this is exhausted, guests are to purchase themselves.
Bedroom Configuration
This home has 6 beds plus 1 fold out sofa bed, accommodating up to 11 guests:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: One set of Single bunks and one Tri-bunk
There is also a fold out sofa bed in the 2nd living room suitable for 2 adults or children.
Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
