House is an elevated mobile home with two bedrooms two baths on deep freshwater canal , tie your boat to our floating dock that can accommodate 2 26 ft boats with fish cleaning station and minutes by boat to the gulf. No fixed bridges ! Screened cookhouse on the water with ceiling fans, stainless sink, counter, gas grill and picnic table. Master has queen bed and bathroom second bedroom has two twin beds and bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen; microwave, dishware and flatware, cooking basics with drip coffee maker and Keurig. (No dishwasher) Washer and dryer, 3 flat screen TVs (2) smart, cable and Wi-Fi. All linens and towels furnished. We have covered parking for your vehicles or boat. golf cart friendly community. Make sure to hit the grocery store before you come as there is no substantial market in Suwannee we do have a small grocery hardware store.
Marinas: Suwannee Marina across the street Anderson landing/Demory Creek, Gateway and Bill’s Fish camp at end of canal. Restaurants: Salt Creek & Bar on 349 and they will cook your catch, and Suwannee Marina; breakfast and limited lunch so call ahead!

Springs and parks: Fanning Springs State Park, Hart springs, Manatee Spring State Park. If you check out Manatee Springs by boat be sure to stop at Treasure Cove restaurant.
