The two-storey beach house has been completely renovated, with a stunning bathroom downstairs external from the main house and featuring a free-standing bath, shower, toilet, and front loader washing machine, fantastic undercover entertaining area with bar table and bar stools overlooking the secure landscaped back yard which is fabulous for the children and fur babies to run around and play in the shade of the five Norfolk Island pines. Wash off under the convenient outdoor shower on your return from the beach after a swim, surf or walking the family pets.
Walk up the external staircase to the covered deck with alfresco dining, lounge area and a gas BBQ to cook up a storm. Leading into the house, you’ll enter the living/ dining/ kitchen area with split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi. From the living area walk out to the ocean view deck where you will see beautiful water views and stunning sunsets. The fully equipped kitchen has stone benchtops, complete cooking facilities including induction cooktop, wall oven and microwave, there is also a dishwasher and a family size fridge/ freezer.
Three bedrooms with two having ceiling fans and free-standing wardrobes and the main also has a wall mounted smart TV. The main bathroom has floor to ceiling tiles, freestanding bath, shower with rainwater showerhead and handheld showerhead, toilet, and vanity.
There is enough parking for two medium sized vehicles in the tandem garage and a third vehicle or small boat in the driveway.
