Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very well kept and comfortable cottage complete with enclosed backyard. An additional luxury was the couples spa bath. Breakfast provisions definitely adequate for our continental breakfasts.

Negative: Some discrepancy between the Booking.com listing that said the property was pet-friendly and the owners impression that this was no longer the case. She was accommodating as we were in making sure our pet did not create any extra cleaning for her.

Summary: Very cosy cottage suitable for several day stay within walking distance of central Rutherglen.
