A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. Guests have full access to the tiny home and its immediate surroundings. My house, shed, and the top paddock (which has a gate) are also part of the property.
