STUDIO BEDROOM
Comfortable queen bed with new mattress, soft cotton linens, extra pillows.
KITCHEN
Electric range, pots, pans, silverware, cups, plates, glasses -- and salt and pepper, olive oil, coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar are all supplied for your use and enjoyment. Keurig for coffee. Eat a meal at the bar in the kitchen.
BACK PATIO
Bistro table with seating for two and lovely solar lamp. Note that this is a small patio with access only through your back door. Our gardener visits every two weeks when the unit is not occupied; housekeeping sweeps out and cleans all chair and table surfaces with every cleaning. That said, since we're in a tropical environment, it's not uncommon for leaf debris or even spiderwebs to develop. We keep it clean; nature moves back in!

BATHROOM
60s-era charming bathroom with tub and shower! We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You'll find a hair dryer under the sink.
CLOSET
Spacious closet with hangers, iron, ironing board, and beach towels! We also store cushions for your patio furniture here to keep them dry in the event of rain.
LAUNDRY
We have a shared laundry room that you are welcome to use! We even provide laundry detergent.
CRIB & HIGH CHAIR
A crib and highchair can be provided on request.
GUEST ACCESS:
The apartment is fitted with a Smart Lock. You will be provided with a code on the morning of check-in. You'll have your whole studio apartment and private patio all to yourself! The laundry room is shared with other guests and is free to use.

While we treat our unit for pests monthly, this is South Florida and this is an older home that was built in the 60s. Outdoor creatures occasionally find their way indoors — especially if you leave doors open.
