Small group of 10 apartments built in 1972, we are not much to look at from the outside but you will be pleasantly surprised when you walk in the door and our reviews speak for themselves.
There is no yard at this property, you are so close to the beach it’s only a few mins stroll away, so if you need some outside time, you won’t be disappointed.
The unit has great air conditioning for the summer months, we also supply floor fans in the bedrooms for those that are hot sleepers and like a fan to sleep.
Beds have premium mattresses and extra mattress toppers to make it a very comfy sleep. We use luxury sheets such as vintage washed linen and bamboo sheeting in summer for keeping cool. We have a choice of pillows for those that prefer something more firm to sleep on.
The unit is cosy in winter and the main bedroom has a lovely electric heater in a beautiful white fireplace which will keep you very cosy.
Beautiful white sandy beaches, we even get visits from dolphins or the occasional sea lion. We are just one street back from the beach, a 3 min walk. We supply beach toys for the kids, beach cricket set. Beach tennis set. Picnic rug and picnic bag. Thermos, plastic wine glasses, small picnic table. Beach speaker. Turkish cotton beach towells.
Magnificent walking path along the beach that can take you right through to Grange Beach.

We do not have a long list of chores for you, you are on holiday after all! We strip the beds and take the rubbish out for you.
There are 21 steps leading to the property, it is ground floor apartment but there are steps to the complex as it is on a sand hill. Not suitable for people with severe mobility issues.
