Gorgeous ground floor two bedroom apartment with outdoor entertaining areas and water views over Budgewoi Lake, excellent for the luxury coastal escape with friends and family. Take the supplied bikes on the walking/bike track less than 1 minute away along the lake. 5 minutes drive to shops and cafes and 8 minutes to a patrolled beach. Close to national parks and The Entrance and only 10 minutes from the M1. You won't be disappointed.
The space
This beautiful apartment has been newly renovated with two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a sliding door to an outdoor area and the second bedroom has beautiful lake views. There are queen beds in each room using high quality linen.
Open plan kitchen and living area with lake views and a front balcony so you can sit and watch the gorgeous sunsets. Second entertainment area back deck out the back door with a bbq area in the large backyard.
The kitchen includes a large peninsula stone bench with stools for dining and all new stainless steel appliances. All the essentials are provided, including tea and coffee facilities.
The large backyard has a BBQ area where you can spend quality time and chill out.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire downstairs apartment. The backyard BBQ area is the only shared space :-)
