Positioned on 2.5 acres of private land yet far reaching views towards Kangaroo Valley. With plenty of space outside, a large heated spa, pizza oven and fire pit this home really is a destination.
The home is split between two separate wings. The main wing has a fully equipped kitchen, a large lounge/dining area with an open log fire and glass doors and panoramic windows so you can sit in the warm and still enjoy the view! The master bedroom is located on the mezzanine with a queen sized bed and ensuite shower room. The second wing that is attached via a covered veranda homes two queen bedrooms and adjoining shower room. There is also a small lounge area with tea/coffee making facilities.
The outside area has a lawned garden and then a terraced area with the heated spa along with the wood fired pizza oven all for your use. We do suggest that as there is an unfenced pond on the property the home is not suitable for young children .
Please do note that we do leave a bag of wood for your use during your stay. Should you require more wood we do ask that you purchase from the local Service Station either in Kangaroo Valley or Berry.
We do however welcome your pets to the home and very sure they would enjoy their stay!
