Travel Purpose: business

Positive: With regard to location, on my final, check-out day the hotel was within a radius of the city blocked off for a major bicycle race--and NO taxis could get to the hotel to take me to the airport. The Manager on Duty (a woman) solved the problem with a phone call or two and presto! I had a taxi. Whatever she did was brilliant!

Negative: Nothing I can think of!

Summary: I'll gladly stay with you again. Definitely have the hotel bookmarked in my travel file.
