It is fully furnished with three bedrooms, a bath and a half, a kitchen, an office, a living room with an eating area. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a sitting area. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has one full size bed. It comfortably sleeps 6 and a queen-size air mattress with all the bedding is also available for 2 additional guests, if needed ($15 fee). The main bathroom has a large jetted tub, two shower heads and a rain shower over a bench. It has two sinks and a separate toilet area. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and dishes. It also has a toaster, crock pot, a microwave, an oven, stove top burners, and a dishwasher, as well as a large two basin sink. In addition, there is a center island and two stools in the kitchen. The main living area has a sofa, love seat, and a leather chair and a half with a large screen TV. There is also a dartboard area and a dining table with 4 stools. The office has a small desk and the thermostat for the apartment. (The rest of the office is for homeowners use only, please. )
The wifi connection is good throughout the apartment. There are extra toiletries, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, spices, coffee and fixings, and plenty of extra linens.
