Downstairs, an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area have all you need to cook and enjoy meals at home, including an eight-seater table, additional seating at the breakfast bar, and a dishwasher for easy clean-up.
The bright and welcoming living area includes a sofa and chaise where you can kick back with some TV after a day at the beach, while split system air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round. Opening to a generous backyard, you can fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco while you soak up the sea breezes.
Three upstairs rooms sleep nine guests. The primary bedroom features a cosy queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a versatile bunk with a double and a single bed, plus a double trundle for extra sleeping space. The third, a sunroom, includes a fold-out sofa bed (note: it is low to the ground without a bed base). Stay comfortable with a split system air conditioner in the primary bedroom that heats and cools into the hallway near other bedrooms, complemented by a portable air conditioner in the third bedroom for added comfort. Portable fans and heating are also provided.
The main bathroom, located downstairs, is immaculately appointed with a shower and vanity, as well as a bathtub where you can indulge in a leisurely soak. Added conveniences include Wi-Fi, a downstairs powder room, a private washing machine and dryer, driveway parking for four cars, and free street parking 24/7.
